Our sales organization includes our field reps (who sell our leading brands into retail accounts, bars and restaurants across the country) but that barely scratches the surface. Opportunities include roles in forecasting, trade marketing, business and wholesaler development, pricing and promotion analysis and key account management; it’s the strategic side of how we sell our beer. Sales are the backbone of our company—we work hard to get our product in the hands of every one of our target consumers… of legal drinking age of course.
Accountable for performing and ensuring all critical local business processes are executed and meet daily, weekly, and monthly service levels (includes account receivables, invoice validation, check deposits, tech asset maintenance, account payables, supply maintenance, ad hoc duties)
Review price discrepancies and/or customer short pays
Work with Key Account Mangers (KAM) on accurate pricing
Have face to face contact with retail accounts to present discrepancies and work towards resolution (with KAM support)
Maintain standards, controls, and compliance related to the business and processes
Acts with a sense of urgency and accuracy
Provides consistently outstanding service to internal clients as well as the public customers
High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
1 years accounting experience
Customer issue resolution experience
Ability to explain financial or report information
Must be able to work flexible hours
Department provides operations support for the hours of 6:30am – 6:00pm as needed
Experience with MS Office Suite including sophisticated Excel skills, highly skilled in data analysis
Understanding of query type software preferred
Knowledge of applicable systems preferred (VIP RAS, SAP, Business Objects, Daily Sales)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, follow-up, and organizational skills
Must be able to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
Must be able to cover multiple branch locations
