Description

  • Partnering with Sr. Category Space Manager and Sr. Category Manager to assist in the development of category strategies.

  • Role will be responsible in the development of planograms, creation of data/shopper insights, as well as ensuring customer strategies result in overall category growth.

  • Responsible for the schematic creation of planograms for all relay, new store, remodels and special projects within a specific category.

  • Analyze data, identify growth opportunities and effectively communicate actionable insights to retailer

  • Track, measure and communicate results following major resets and special projects

Qualifications

  • Background in Analytics with a Strong Familarity with Syndicated Data (IRI, Nielsen,etc.)

  • Experience with Data Visualization Tools (Power BI, Alterx, Tableau, etc)

  • Experience with CPG and analyzing retailer data

  • Proficiency in the following:

  • Category

  • Space

  • Shopper Insights

  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite Skills.

  • Some space planning plus experience (JDA).

  • Knowledge of category management tools.

  • Knowledgeable about the alcohol bev industry.

  • Proven oral and written communication, story-telling and influencing skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and assignments.

  • Ability to work independently as well as work in group projects (Self Starter and Motivated).

  • Ability to link category leadership strategies to customer strategies.
