The Home Market Manager for Hoop Tea will be responsible for Hoop Tea sales, local marketing, and operations within the brand’s Home Market of MD and surrounding territory. This person will act as Regional Sales Manager while working with our wholesaler partners on incremental business opportunities and executional programs. This person will also act as liaison between wholesaler facing and retail facing field teams with our Hoop Tea Founders and Product Owner on maintaining operational excellence.

Works closely with various teams (including the Hoop Tea Founders, Commercial Teams, Wholesaler and Retail partners, Trade Marketing teams, RMSI teams, and our Beyond Beer Launchpad teams) to build, cascade, and complete home-market specific plans to grow Hoop Tea in select existing markets.
Identifies and executes against incremental business opportunities through collaboration with wholesaler and AB Commercial teams.
Ensures proper inventory levels and ordering processes with designated wholesalers.
Collaborates with distributor personnel to ensure that POCM is ordered and carried out at priority accounts.
Recommends and implements Beyond Beer sales strategies for improvement based on market research and competitive analyses.
Monitors sales volume and distribution goals for wholesalers within territory.
Works with local Commercial Director and RMSI teams on pricing recommendations or local risks based on market insight
Participate and accountable for pilot projects on an ad-hoc basis
Assisting in PRs/ SWOT analysis during Beyond Beer routine meetings for Launchpad scale
Brings forward optimization opportunities to Beyond Beer / Launchpad teams for further implementation across Launchpad / scale markets
Bachelor's Degree required, in Business/Finance/Marketing or related field preferred.
Field and retail sales experience in the beverage industry or other consumer product industries
High level of expertise in analyzing information and making information-based recommendations
Effective communications/presentation, follow-up, administrative and organizational skills
Knowledge of A-B sales and marketing applications preferred (Mobility/ABIQ, abmarketing.com, etc.)
Understanding of A-B wholesaler network/processes and wholesaler equity agreement
Ability to work and drive positive results in a fast-paced, team environment
Advanced computer software proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Internet)
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Able to present recommendations and executional asks to Internal and External stakeholders including Senior Management
