Description

  • Work proficiently with intercompany departmentsand external stakeholders.

  • Answer phones, process mail, track and processexpenses.

  • Prepare correspondence, coordinate meetings andexecute travel arrangements.

  • Assist with special projects as needed.

  • Provide back-up support for various departmentadmin staff when needed.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’sDegree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field preferred

  • Self-starter with demonstrated ability toprioritize and manage multiple responsibilities

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality related tosensitive information

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook,Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

  • Five plus years administrative assistantexperience preferred
