SALARY: $61,200-$72,675, bonus eligible

Our Graphics/POCM Supervisor is responsible for all PacNW day-to-day Graphics and POCM needs for the Sales Teams while upholding our brand standards and leading market innovation. Supervising a great team along with connecting consumers with our market leading brands is our dream.


  • Manage all Graphics department personnel and POCM transfers

  • Manage and maintain SignTrak platform, Tagify, PermaTrak, and OnTrak

  • Ensure all new templates are available and communicated to the Sales teams

  • Maintain all Graphics department equipment, identify and communicate needs to TMM

  • Organize PermaTrak orders daily for various branches and input all POCM items

  • Track and manage inventory of all POCM/Graphics items, notify TMM when inventory is low and which new items are needed, communicate new and expiring POCM to field

  • Manage all POCM/Graphics transfers to all branches

  • Ensure POCM/Graphics deliveries are made consistently based on branch needs

  • Coordinate and stage all PermaTrak/Graphics orders for delivery

  • Work with TMM to help closely develop and manage sign-making budgets

  • Communicate with Region and TMM to ensure we have the latest TTW/Programming SMT’s and communicate to Sales team

  • Communicate to the Sales team via monthly newsletter all new POCM items available in PermaTrak and new sign-making SMT’s/programs available

  • Ensure all Graphics team employees attend the Region or National sign-making training sessions


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or related field preferred

  • 3+ years of experience in electronic layout, print and interactive design, and production. Experience in the beer/alcohol industry is preferred

  • Creative problem-solver who can collaborate over cross-functional teams, prioritize, and make decisions, while maintaining an excellent attention to detail and consistency to creative guidelines

  • Excellent organization, project management, and presentation skills

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, and emerging design technology. Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Ability to articulate the creative execution of multiple channels; package design (can labels, bottle labels, cartons, marketing channels: social media, photo, digital, film/video, print etc. to meet business objectives

  • Demonstrated understanding of customer base and familiarity with company product assortment

  • Strong work ethic, flexibility, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
