Description

  • Manage the implementation of brand programming within channel to delivery share growth.

  • Manage the trade spend and ROI for channel programs.

  • Direct channel specific pilots; manage optimization of each channel's key levers.

  • Cascade annual/trimester channel blueprint (Initiatives and Programs).

  • KPI's - Channel Volume and MACO for Region - Program Objective Execution.

  • Participate in samplings to support brand awareness and consumer trials

  • Respond, investigate and resolve retailer questions and concerns.

  • Manage expenses for assigned area of responsibility.

  • Attend Monthly wholesaler WPPM’s

  • Maintain retail call frequency as required

  • Must be willing to travel primarily within South Texas with occasional travel to West Texas & parts of New Mexico to visit wholesalers and attend events

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree Required.

  • 2-3 years sales and/or marketing experience needed.

  • In-depth knowledge of regional marketing and sales organization.

  • Strong communication skills, both internal and external, required.

  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and internal system tools, required.

  • Must possess an in-depth knowledge of the On-Premise (IE: Bar/ Tavern/ Venue) Channel.
