Anheuser-Busch MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR in Moorhead, Minnesota

Salary : $26.50 - $30.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities

  • Manages storeroom inventories, organization and keep clean.

  • Conduct annual inventory counts for all parts at the facility.

  • Manage Obsolesce of parts and remove from stock.

  • Enters new stock parts entries into SAP creating new part SAP numbers and bar codes for new parts.

  • Perform shipping and receiving of parts and supplies.

  • Perform all goods receipts and update inventory in SAP.

  • Creates parts requisitions and service orders as needed.

  • Plant liaison between vendors and suppliers to ensure on time deliveries.

  • Manage the internal repairs when completed to return to stock or ship out parts to vendors for repair. Keep up on internal parts bench keep organized.

  • Manage and communicate with vendors on warranty work.

  • Maintain all fuel needs for the vehicles and plant equipment.

  • Manage recycling needs for the facility.

  • Locate and stage parts as needed for corrective and preventative work orders.

  • Create purchase requisitions for parts and supplies.

  • Work with outside vendor resources to identify needed parts as needed and work with storeroom to add to stock as needed.

  • Create master material list for new equipment and enter new part numbers into BOM List

  • Identifies incorrect part descriptions, and as parts change make the needed correction updates into SAP so equipment and BOM’s are current.

  • Review SOPs and updated as needed.

  • Update the 3PL Tracker to reflect contractors and vendors onsite performing work.

  • Participate in daily, weekly and monthly maintenance meetings.

  • Assist in root cause analysis and other problem solving techniques.

  • Actively participate in facility management Voyager Plant Optimization Program, Environment and Safety Programs and Personal Development Plan.


  • Completion of High School or GED is required

  • 1-2 years of experience working in maintenance or a similar function.

  • Demonstrates strong commitment to achieving company goals by focusing on Safety, Quality and Productivity thru Plant Excellence Program for continued improvements and standardization of jobs.

  • Effectively shares job knowledge and process changes with team members, department crew and management thru various forms of daily communication (daily production meeting, email, shift handover meetings, action logs, work orders, etc).

  • Possesses excellent PC skills such as MS office, excel, word, email, and SAP to monitor and control daily operations using plant process control systems.

  • Preferred qualifications: experience in inventory management.
