Description

  • Support business cycle deliverables for CapEx and Sales Package, including 1 and 3 year strategic planning

  • Develop long-term and short-term CapEx business cases and return on investment analyses

  • Manage the monthly CapEx routine and deliver variance explanations, risk & opportunity identification, budget, latest estimate and key performance indicator tracking

  • For major variances, develop a root cause investigation

  • Prepare monthly/quarterly CapEx presentations for VP Sales, VP Marketing, and VP Finance

  • Prepare global templates for Global Sales Team

  • Execute financial transactions within SAP-ERP system to classify CapEx expenses

  • Streamline and improve CapEx management processes and systems

  • Maintain a monthly/quarterly routine and process for all regional sales and corporate teams

  • Drive the ZBB (zero based budgeting) agenda at regional and corporate level

  • Collaborate/identify package owners at regional level and corporate level, organize monthly meetings & review, build LEs, and monitor performance

  • Benchmark across similar regions and corporate teams to identify opportunities for cost efficiencies and process enhancements

  • Identify best practices and projects that require implementation in the Region

  • Support all US six sigma initiatives (ex. Green Belts, Black Belts)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Math, Accounting, Finance or related field

  • 2-3 years of analytic experience

  • Understanding of financial statements and general accounting principals

  • Experience with syndicated data analysis and studies

  • Outstanding cross-functional collaboration, communication, negotiation and presentation skills

  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects

  • Solid technical skills across wide variety of tools and data platforms (Excel, Access, SAP, COGNOS, ERP Systems) considered a plus

  • Strong desire and ability to turn data into actionable analysis
