Description

  • Prepare and review complex financialanalyses of ownership changes within the A-B wholesaler network

  • Review wholesaler acquisition andfinancing documents to ensure compliance with A-B Wholesaler EquityAgreement

  • Lead transition of current and futureA-BI brands from non-equity wholesalers to A-BI wholesalers

  • Project lead executing WOD acquisitionsand divestitures--works closely with legal, tax and functional teams tonegotiate contracts, obtain senior management approvals, ensure transactionclosing and support integration efforts

  • Perform business valuations forprospective acquisitions and divestitures by A-B

  • Participate in the negotiation andstructuring of transactions involving privately held businesses

Qualifications

Technical/Functional Skills:

  • Industry-standard valuationmethodologies for privately-held businesses

  • Strong knowledge of Excel and financialmodeling

  • Strong knowledge of the application offinance and accounting concepts

  • Detail-oriented and analytical

People Skills:

  • Conducting diligence meetings withinternal and external parties

  • Negotiation and influence

  • Ability to communicate finance conceptseffectively with non-financial peers/managers and with our independent wholesalers

Knowledge of the following areas:

  • Beer wholesale operations and thethree-tier system

  • Tax and accounting aspects of businesscombinations

  • Merger and acquisition deal structures

  • Current lending environment andpractices

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economicsor business-related field required; MBA with finance concentration stronglypreferred

  • Five or more years of analytical workexperience and at least 3 years Investment Banking, Public Accounting, CommercialBanking, or Corporate Finance/Planning/Development
