Main purpose of this role:
We are looking toimprove our Marketing Analytics capabilities across the company and seeking aperson to bridge data with implications. We have many powerful data sources but have opportunity to betterleverage in order to inform critical decisions.
Together with theSenior Manager of Marketing Analytics, you will lead analytics workstreams,interpret results, liaise with our data teams, and deliver fact-basedrecommendations to leadership. Yourability to synthesize & story tell effectively will influence decision-makingand drive significant change within the Marketing & Sales teams.
Key responsibilities &activities
Lead capabilitydevelopment – benchmark peers, identify opportunities for deeper analytics, andaggregate data sources
Defines analyticprogram needs and recommends proper analytical methodologies to execute
Own stakeholderrelationships, helps drive strategy, measurement methodologies, and learningplans across marketing function
Run analysis tosupport business decisions across various topics by integrating findings toidentify implications
Support the sharing ofkey findings in a clear story to cross-functional teams in order to supportbusiness decisions
Standardize the way wereport data from key sources and act as central point of contact for strategicanalytics inquiries
Manage our brandequity programs to elevate the way we measure, interpret, and apply learnings
Lead mediaeffectiveness agenda and work with data teams to enhance the way we plan mediaacross the portfolio
Business Analyst or Similar experience – 2-5 years (preferably at a mid to large CPG or consulting firm) and/or advanced degree in a relevant concentration area (marketing, analytics, business).
Curious, Analytical, Creative, Strategic - able to translate data into impactful, actionable insights to elevate and strengthen strategy & planning
Agile and Fast Learner - able to synthesize data across different qual & quant sources (syndicated, panel, primary, etc.) into easily digestible influential takeaways to tell a story & inform and guide strategy
Team Player in a dynamic and fast-moving environment - able to drive impact and influence across key stakeholder groups (Brand teams, Innovation, Sales, Finance, etc.)
Owner Mentality - able to drive consumer agenda and execute at a high capacity in a highly dynamic function, no task is too little or too big
CPG business understanding – experience working in CPG industry preferred
