The Sr. Brand Manager will have full ownership of all marketing levers for this fun, fruity, fizzy brand family within a high growth brand portfolio looking to disrupt in multiple beverage segments. You will report directly to the VP of Beyond Beer Brands and lead the development of brand strategy and the creative process for RITAS.

In addition, the Sr. Brand Manager will lead the execution of key marketing programs by collaborating closely with external agencies, as well as product innovation, media, communications, and trade marketing teams internally to deliver 360 marketing campaigns.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead in development of brand positioning, content creation, and creative briefs

  • Lead and manage agency and cross functional partners in 360 campaign development

  • Drive brand awareness and equity with an emphasis on social/digital efforts to build earned media

  • Ensure that all marketing efforts align with brand strategy and values-based brand proposition

  • Maintain day-to-day communication with creative agency

  • Track, report, and present brand metrics and competitive trends to senior leadership on a monthly basis. We’re a results driven company

  • Manage the brand budget

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business-related field such as Marketing, Finance, Economics, or Strategy

  • 5 years of experience in marketing or advertising with agency management experience

  • Strong strategic, analytic, financial and consumer research skills

  • Understanding of the selling process, retail environment, and distribution network

  • Passion for marketing and consumer psychology
