SALARY: $144,000-$171,000, Bonus and Long Term Incentive eligible

ROLE SUMMARY:

he Director of Revenue Enablement plays an integral role within our Sales department by working with internal and external partners to coach and train on our Revenue Strategies and ways of working. This position will create a roadmap of a training platform and enable our Regional RMSI teams, Commercial Directors, and Key Account managers to better understand how to drive the topline growth of their respective business. The Director of Revenue Enablement also works closely with our external wholesaler partners to design external communications and trainings to ensure our distributors understand our strategies and drive the topline of their business. It is a highly visible position, working closely with senior leaders of the organization and various cross-functional work groups on a National Level.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design Training Content and Training schedules with the field organization on Revenue Topics

  • Create and Deliver external presentations to our wholesaler panel meetings on Revenue and Training Platforms

  • Lead Target Tracking and Performance tracking for Field Individuals

  • Hold Feedback sessions

  • Identifies and cascades best practices between regions

  • Conducts training as required with region teams and management on utilization of tools to monitor performance on key initiatives

  • Work Cross Functionally across Finance, Technology, and Field Sales teams

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Undergraduate degree with a preference to Economics, Business, or Finance

  • Ability to create a storyline that motivates others

  • Can run effective brainstorm and feedback sessions to gain buy in from key stakeholders

  • Ability to work in an environment of tight deadlines, and to consistently challenge and be challenged on performance results

  • Ability to connect disparate commercial performance targets and understand their potential interaction

  • Very high level of attention to detail

  • Strong presentation skills

  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint Skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in syndicated data and/or previous experience in Commercial organization in CPG company is a plus

  • Beer industry experience
