Anheuser-Busch InBev Services, LLC is seeking a full-time Global Director, Customer Engagement & Loyalty at our offices in New York, NY to lead and manage all digital customer engagement efforts for the Company and its retail customers. This role oversees the strategy for all omni-channel touchpoints and drives the growth of our e-commerce marketplace through digital advertising and personalization. This role is also responsible for setting north star metrics in understanding the optimal way to contact and interact with our customers across our suite of digital services. Including oversight of a more than $115 million budget in project costs that include people, technical resources, and software development. Driving growth of EBITDA, making the e-commerce platform a top 10 marketplace globally.
Specific duties include: (1) lead cross-functional teams in multiple countries where AB-Inbev has operations, including teams located in each of the focus markets (Brazil, Colombia, Peru, Mexico, Dominican Republic and the United States, among others); (2) provide direct supervision to teams that are composed of data scientists, engineers, product managers, and digital marketers; (3) lead, build, and deploy a first party, audience and campaign management product for AB-Inbev and our CPG partners such as Pepsi Co and Nestle; (4) direct, develop, and deploy products used across our global markets to connect the customer experience through customer support, outbound sales, and business development; (5) develop an advanced analytics and audience program to explore and solve problems for both customers and the business; (6) work fluidly across AB-Inbev's global organization to socialize, prioritize and earn buy-in for engagement objectives; (7) oversee detailed and thorough analysis of market data, synthesize the findings, and share those effectively across a variety of functions and cultures; (8) manage global engineering, product and design teams while also leveraging local and global commercial teams for the development cycle of the customer engagement experience priorities; (9) be the owner of A-BI’s digital customer engagement and experience strategy; (10) lead and develop a first party data and engagement strategy across a variety of businesses to optimize digital business growth; (11) accountable for the Agile development process to manage multiple concurrent products across various development teams; (12) manage teams that utilize data analytics to measure the performance of each feature launched or new process implemented; and (13) utilize the following tools and technologies: AWS; Segment.io; Customer.io Amplitude Analytics; Mode Analytics; Looker; Tableau; Adobe Analytics; Google Cloud Platform; Redshift; Microsoft Azure; and Optimizely. Up to 25% of international travel is required. This position supervises between 2-4 subordinates, job titles may include Global Manager, Audience Strategy & Personalization, Advertising Analyst, Market Research Analyst, and Campaign Operations.
Job Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
This position requires a Master’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Advertising, Media Management, or a related field and 2 years related experience in digital growth and marketing.
Must also have 24 months of experience (which may have been gained concurrently) with each of the following:
(1) leading and developing a first party data and engagement strategy across a variety of businesses to optimize digital business growth;
(2) accountable for the Agile development process to manage multiple concurrent products across various development teams;
(3) developing an advanced analytics and audience program to explore and solve problems for both customers and the business;
(4) overseeing detailed and thorough analysis of market data, synthesizing the findings, and sharing those effectively across a variety of functions and cultures; and
(5) utilizing the following tools and technologies: AWS; Segment.io; Customer.io Amplitude Analytics; Mode Analytics; Looker; Tableau; Adobe Analytics; Google Cloud Platform; Redshift; Microsoft Azure; and Optimizely.
Will accept experience gained before, during or after Master’s program. All experience may have been gained concurrently. Up to 25% of international travel is required.
