High End Managers are highly motivated representatives of the high end portfolio committed to growing sales and share of market within their geographical area. High End Managers leverage analytical and communication skills to assist with the wholesaler sales force to execute national/ local marketing and sales strategies. HE Managers also work with the wholesaler sales management team to achieve stretch targets and ensure compliance in accordance with agreed upon standards of excellence outlined in monthly, quarterly, and annual plans.
B.S./B.A. in Finance, Business, Marketing or related field required.
Thorough knowledge of sales and marketing strategies, procedures, and procedures.
Thorough knowledge of Craft portfolio.
Ability to lead trainings and assist in field sales as a coach.
Effective communication, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
2 years experience in the consumer products industry, beer sales experience preferred.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
