SALARY : $25.00 per hour

We push creativity beyond the brews. Each beer label is made by our in-house team who pull inspiration from design, photography, clay, paint, needlepoint, and even the occasional tattoo. ROLE SUMMARY:
Maintains training plan for each operator, SOPs for all machines, and leads training and development for new and existing packaging personnel. Fills in for Packaging Shift Lead when away/ vacancy.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Develops individual and department training plan (with daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals)
Leads weekly training planning meeting with leads to align on operator positions, help fill in gaps or move people around for absences
Owns the sign off operators on OTJT (including delegation of these tasks to Operator IIIs) and determine when they are competent on any given machine center
Fill in for Lead and performs lead responsibilities temporarily in their absence
Partners trainee with trainer, and checks in frequently through shadowing for training effectiveness to ensure training delivery as planned
Works flexible hours to accommodate training needs across all shifts
Department technical writer (SOPs, work instructions, single point lessons, etc.)
Provides paperwork and sign-off of training documentation for file keeping/archiving requirements
Owns document retention for packaging training
Main department training doc approver
Schedules and ensures completion of annual LOTO validations
Coordinates/plans department training/ presentations
Prepares role-specific slides for packaging team meeting, at least quarterly
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or GED required
4+ years Packaging experience required
1+ years of leadership experience required
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to cater teaching style to suite trainee

Advanced experiences with MS Office Applications
