Anheuser-Busch Warehouse Technician II - Elysian Brewery in Seattle, Washington

SALARY: $22.50 per hour
SHIFT: 6:00AM-2:30PM, Monday-Friday
ROLE SUMMARY:
An Elysian Warehouse Technician will be responsible for fork-lift driving while primarily owning the consistent flow of transportation needs throughout our Production Facility on Airport Way. This includes loading and unloading shipments; picking and storing inventory; and general organization duties. This position reports directly to the Supply Chain Manager through the Warehouse Lead. Relevant experience is a plus; Flexibility and a solutions orientated attitude are a must.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Safely operate a forklift moving pallets of raw materials, finished goods, dunnage, truck loading and unloading, and more.
Maintain a safety-first mentality at all times
Receive and record proper documentation for all inbound/outbound shipments documenting damages or missed shipments
Supply local pubs with finished goods and dunnage for pub production
Ensure we are organizing inventory and finished goods following a FEFO process
Support the team with inventory counts and discrepancies
Inventory counts for our finished goods, samples, blocked, and dispositioned for dump
Staging materials daily for production and finished goods for outbound shipments
Complete Obeer inventory transfers or shipments
Communicate and schedule pub truck maintenance needs
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Highschool or GED equivalent required
2+ years of Warehouse Experience
Experience in inventory management
Understands and employs a Safety-First approach
Builds and maintains relationships with all departments
Excellent attention to detail, follow through, and commitment to quality
High attention to detail for root cause analysis
Proven ability to provide clear, constructive feedback to team
Proven ability to prioritize and delegate work under constantly shifting business needs.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Willingness to work flexible schedules to meet deadlinesAbility to successfully handle multiple tasks and prioritize well Demonstrated initiative and innovation utilizing a proactive, team-oriented approach
