Partner with internal customers to develop tools that help to improve processes by driving efficiency or provide new capabilities.
Work with team members and customers to understand reporting needs. Translate customer needs into actionable solutions.
Develop report prototypes - suggest alternative approaches for data extraction and front-end report models
Consistently look for opportunities to streamline processes and standardize reporting, including automation
Solid technical skills including advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially using more complex formulas in Excel and VBA development
Experience with design thinking with the ability to understand complex problem statements and design an effective solution
Experience with Object Oriented Programming (C , JAVA, VB.NET or others)
Experience with SAS, Business Objects or other query type software a plus.
Proficient knowledge/application of SQL syntax
Experience with Machine Learning/Deep Learning a plus
Team player with strong organizational and planning skills required
Manage time and priorities effectively with ability to handle multiple tasks and projects in fast paced environment
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to quickly grasp complex subject areas
Solid interpersonal skills
Experience with application of project management concepts
