Our People Team is responsible for partnering with the business to help tackle complex challenges and drive results, enabling both our business and our people to thrive. We are currently seeking a strategic People Business Partner to support the Anheuser-Busch Finance function.

  • Support and execute the strategic HR agenda for A-B Finance, which includes strategies to attract, onboard, retain, develop, and compensate top talent

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the Finance function by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with management & employees, and by developing a thorough understanding of the business

  • Proactively enhance existing processes and methods with new, creative solutions to business & people challenges

  • Help build and execute the function’s talent management strategy and own the ongoing support of people development

  • Leverage HR expertise to manage employee relations issues and performance management processes across the business

  • Use data and analytics to help drive valuable insights and performance metrics

  • Manage People budget for the client group, which includes forecasting future needs and recommending actions to deliver budget targets

Job Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree or higher

  • 3-5 years of HR experience

  • Proven strategic thinker who is skilled at solving complex business & people challenges

  • Outstanding communicator with strong influencing skills & executive presence, presenting ideas & recommendations in a way that gains support from a variety of stakeholders

  • Excellent relationship builder and trusted thought partner with ability to quickly build rapport and collaborate with all levels in the organization

  • Experience with talent management, attraction & retention strategies, rewards, and employee relations - as well as a general familiarity and curiosity for a wide range of HR policies, practices, and trends

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to balance multiple priorities

  • Experience supporting a corporate or commercial function preferred
