Description

  • Standardize current routing/truck loading process

  • Communicate with Wholesaler's to gain insights on local knowledge

  • Obtain local feedback and monitor adjustments in current routing/truck loading software

  • Provide daily updates on key performance indicators to line manager and branch operations

  • Develop presentations and effectively implement best practices, communicate results and recommended action plans to executive level management

  • Strong understanding of Route Accounting Systems and Warehouse Management Systems

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required. Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Supply Chain preferred.

  • 2 years’ experience in VIP and/or WMS required

  • Willing to work Sunday - Thursday schedule and/or 2nd or 3rd shift

  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups, handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results that exceed expectations.

  • Broad understanding of Logistics Planning process, Materials Procurement, or Brewery Operations Demonstrated strengths - planning, communication, analytical, complex problem-solving, and ability to influence.

  • Strong analytical skills with understanding of benchmarking processes, statistical analysis, and data management Microsoft office suite skills - Excel, PowerPoint, Word. Access a plus.

  • Willingness to relocate in the future for growth opportunities
