SALARY: $106,200 - $141,600, bonus and long-term incentive eligible

ROLE SUMMARY:

IT Compliance team oversees and manages Minimum Internal Control Standard (MICS) and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance for all ABI NAZ Solutions. The primary objective of the Compliance Team is to enforce adherence to IT General Control (ITGC) standards and ensure that IT related risks are addressed and mitigated. The scope of control includes 39 IT MICS controls across 80 IT solutions. As a Compliance Manager, you will be part of the team responsible for the compliance framework, governance, design and testing of all controls within scope of SOX/MICS program. The Compliance Manager is a key liaison between NAZ Compliance Team, our Zone Internal Controls and Global Compliance Team, ensuring zone MICS assessments are accurate and timely. You would also serve as a key liaison with our external auditor, ensuring all external auditor inquiries are responded to in a timely and accurate manner.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and maintain zone MICS Framework including solutions inventory, MICS scoping, MICS control design and effectiveness

  • Maintain the zone MICS Compliance monitoring system, including supporting and/or monitoring control reviews.

  • Assist with Internal Audit functions, including performing SOX and MICS testing, managing deficiencies, managing remediation/action plans, as well as managing individual application/platform-based controls frameworks (i.e. SAP Framework).

  • Working with Zone External Auditors, assist with External Audit functions, participating in design walkthroughs, supporting auditor testing, responding to auditor inquiries, and working SOX deficiencies to closure.

  • Participate in zone MICS Compliance reporting functions, including quarterly MICS assessments, reporting zone MICS score and operational KPIs.

  • Provide MICS Compliance training and education to various teams/individuals across the zone.

  • Maintain Compliance calendar to ensure all deadlines are completed as scheduled.

  • Maintain key Compliance documentation, including monitoring and testing SOPs, templates, and test cases. Focus should be given to uncovering hidden gaps and risks across the IT landscape

  • Perform New Demand assessments to ensure IT MICS Compliance at time of go-live.

  • Lead special projects for the team as needed.

  • Drive proactive continuous improvement, including standardization, centralization, automation, and overall optimization of any and all MICS related activities.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, and/or Project Management certification, or equivalent work experience.

  • Demonstrated experience with designing, documenting, and testing IT General Controls (ITGC) standards

  • Demonstrated experience with Application Architecture, Security, and Design concepts

  • Experience with current and emerging technologies related to SAP, Web Development, Oracle, SQL, Unix, Linux, Windows, and Security

  • Demonstrated experience with Project Management/Agile Development methodologies

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) preferred

  • Strong proficiency with MS O365 products including Office Suite, Sharepoint, Teams, and Powerapps.

  • Formal LEAN training and experience preferred
