Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Utilize structured tools and collaborate across teams to identify and implement opportunities to improve NAZ IT Operations

  • Collaborate with Application Managed Services partners/Software as a Service providers, as well as key stakeholders, to drive reductions in production issues and incidents

  • Lead the service transition process to ensure new demand and projects are successfully transitioned to the support team with no disruption to existing Operations

  • Define performance review requirements/metrics with Software as a Service providers and lead routines to confirm achievement

  • Complete assignments related to Minimum Internal Control Standards (MICS) as related to area of responsibility

  • Manage Software Change Request processes, including coordination with service providers/key stakeholders

Job Qualifications

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related discipline

  • Or 10 years IT experience as Subject Matter Expert in one or more Service Operations disciplines

  • 4 years - Service operations experience in multiple lead roles as an architect or developer or analyst

  • Exceptional ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, delivering on time, within budget while meeting or exceeding customer service level agreements

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills required, including an understanding of how to interpret customer business needs, translating them into operational requirements and solutions

  • White belt required

  • Strong knowledge base / use of IT policies and standard processes

  • Contribute to monthly expenditure management and forecasts as a line item owner within the technology budget

  • Results oriented with ability to lead complex IT assignments

  • Exceptional at translating and demonstrating business needs into IT solutions which support business processes or required functionality with the goal of business alignment, business support and commitment for financial sponsorship and initiative approval

  • Acknowledged as a senior expert who is proficient in: business system’s capabilities, systems development and support

  • Exceptional written, oral and presentation communication skills

  • Ability to share technical expertise successfully, clearly and effectively with all levels of audiences

  • Strong flexibility and ability to thrive in dynamic environment
