The Senior Tax Analyst will be involved in all aspects of the international income tax operations including data collection, compilation, analysis, and IRS Form 5471, 8858, 8865, and 5472 preparation.
This position will assist the tax managers in day-to-day operations of the international income tax function.
Preparation of US International income tax forms.
Coordination of returns prepared by outside consultants.
Preparation of international tax aspects of monthly/quarterly/annual income tax provisions for multiple reporting groups.
Provide support for federal and state income tax audits.
Work with local controllers to gather tax return/tax provision information.
Support outside consultants and advisors on special projects.
Tracking and maintenance of E&P, Stock Basis, & Inside Asset Basis of CFCs.
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading professional publications.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field; CPA or advanced degree preferred.
Minimum 2 years US International & Federal tax experience with CPA firm or corporate tax department.
Strong computer skills and knowledge of MS Office and OneSource Income Tax-International Application; SAP, MS SharePoint & tax research tools experience a plus.
Ability to coordinate multiple projects and complete on timely basis.
