We are looking for a Temporary Recruiter to help support the growing demand of hiring across our U.S. locations. This role will be responsible for full cycle recruiting and owning the hiring process from sourcing, conducting phone screens, and coordinating interviews through extending offers. This is a temporary role with an estimated duration of at minimum 6 months. At this time, this position will be 2 days in office and 3 days remote/home-based; however, should the duration be extended, the ability to work from our home office in St. Louis may be required.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with People Business Partners and hiring managers from various business functions to discuss specific hiring needs and formulate recruitment strategy

  • Execute recruitment strategies to source, engage, and hire diverse talent and champion diversity within the organanization

  • Coordinate and execute the hiring process

  • Source qualified candidates via job sites, databases, networking, etc.

  • Help Establish connections with professional groups, communities and other organizations

  • Select and present qualified candidates to hiring teams

  • Assist hiring teams with scheduling candidates for interviews through various methods (e.g. structured interviews, video interviews, assessments, bench tests, etc.)

  • Advise hiring managers in approach and decisions to allow them to make better hiring decisions

  • Maintain various reports on hiring progress and other recruiting metrics

Job Qualifications

While the following qualifications provide a benchmark of the skills and experiences that might make a candidate successful, we first and foremost hire people who have the ambition and curiosity to Dream Big, are excited by complex challenges, and have an ownership mentality.

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or other relevant field

  • 2 years of proven success as a recruiter

  • Hands-on experience in the entire recruitment life cycle; industry hiring experience a plus

  • Familiarity with recruiting software (e.g. Applicant Tracking Systems) and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS); Taleo is a plus

  • Knowledge of effective hiring practices (e.g. social media recruiting)

  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills

  • Outstanding organization ability and attention to detail
