ROLE SUMMARY:

Our Merchandising team engages our consumers by merchandising store shelves and displays with our globally recognized brands. A successful Merchandiser is passionate about the Anheuser-Busch brands, takes accountability to ensure Anheuser-Busch products are displayed in the best possible way to meet the needs of our consumers, and drives sales through impactful market execution. The Merchandiser work schedule may vary week over week based on scheduling needs. ( Flat rate - $16.13/hr)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build and maintain Anheuser-Busch product displays

• Organize, rotate, and stock shelves at each assigned account

• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment (for example, pallet jack, hand truck)

• Install permanent new point of sale (POS) items in retail accounts

• Responsible for assisting in the daily upkeep of the POS Warehouse

• Manage account stockroom by organizing and consolidating backstock (product)

• Identify, monitor, and report backstock inventory levels

• Properly secure damaged or defective product

• Follow proper procedure for managing out of stocks at retail accounts

• Responsible for daily paperwork and the proper completion of all Company documents

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• High School Diploma or GED Required(no degree required for any position within AB ONE Wholesalers!)

• Valid Driver’s License

• Strong customer service skills

• Ability to lift, load, unload, and move products weighing up to 180 lbs. And fulfill all physical requirements of the job

• Available and willing to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and/or holidays

• This position must pass a post-offer background and drug check

Nuestro equipo de merchandising involucra a nuestros consumidores comercializando los estantes de las tiendas y las exhibiciones con nuestras marcas reconocidas a nivel mundial. . El horario de trabajo del Merchandiser puede variar semana tras semana en función de las necesidades de programación.

RESPONSABILIDADES LABORALES:

• Cree y mantenga pantallas de productos Anheuser-Busch

• Organice, gire y almacene estantes en cada cuenta asignada

• Transporte de productos entre la trastienda y el piso de exhibición con equipo manual (por ejemplo, gato de paletas, camión de mano)

• Instalar nuevos artículos de punto de venta (POS) permanentes en cuentas minoristas

• Responsable de asistir en el mantenimiento diario del Almacén POS

• Administre el almacén de cuentas organizando y consolidando el backstock (producto)

• Identifique, supervise e informe los niveles de inventario de existencias atrasadas

• Asegure adecuadamente el producto dañado o defectuoso

• Siga el procedimiento adecuado para administrar la falta de existencias en las cuentas minoristas

• Responsable del papeleo diario y de la correcta cumplimentación de toda la Empresa documents

CUALIFICACIONES LABORALES:

• Debe tener al menos 18 años de edad

• Diploma de escuela secundaria o GED Required (¡no se requiere ningún título para ningún puesto dentro de AB ONE Wholesalers!)

• Licencia de conducir válida

• Fuertes habilidades de servicio al cliente

• Capacidad para levantar, cargar, descargar y mover productos que pesan hasta 180 libras. Y cumplir con todos los requisitos físicos del trabajo

• Disponible y dispuesto a trabajar en horarios flexibles, incluyendo noches, fines de semana y / o días festivos
