2021 INTERNSHIP

OVERVIEW

The draftLine Creative Internship is a 12-week program that will introduce talented individuals to real-life creative marketing with one of the world’s top marketers, Anheuser-Busch. We’re looking for creative individuals that are tapped into popular culture. The positions will be focused on, creative ideation and content creation. Do you have big ideas for brands that would trend on social media? Do you make amazing Tik Tok videos? Do you always have a good headline or tagline? If you have the spirit creativity – we want to hear from you.

Candidates can expect to receive hands-on experience, learning to build award-winning campaigns from start to finish. Their mentor and support group will help guide them, grow them and set them up for success within the company and beyond.

For draftLine - the goal of this program is to identify new talent that can contribute to our agency during the internship, while growing and learning to eventually become potential full-time hires.

For the interns - the goal is most certainly to get hired FT, but also very important is to get real-life experience with real-life work to put into their portfolios.

WHAT INTERNS CAN EXPECT

  • Hands-on experience with the entire creative process, from the brief to the execution.

  • The core emphasis on 1) What makes a good brief 2) How to brainstorm and think of creative solutions to a problem 3) How to present your ideas in a compelling way.

  • Interns will be part of big, campaign thinking but will also hold daily responsibilities to help with brand’s social media pages.

  • There will be opportunities to meet with specialists in the company to learn about specific things such as digital analytics, production, etc.

  • Will receive guidance on how to build a portfolio and market themselves for future opportunities.

  • Weekly Check-ins with Mentors to discuss feedback and opportunities to grow .

  • Formal mid-point and final evaluation from manager.

  • Formal check in with People Business Partner to discuss career goals and ambitions.

  • Opportunity to onboard and participate in centralized program events with other ABI talent programs.

  • Preferred: Candidate to be recent graduate (1-2 yrs from University) or Senior graduating in 2021
