SALARY: $120,000 - $142,500 (Bonus Eligible)
LOCATION: Western New York -Buffalo/Rochester Area (must live in the territory)

ROLE SUMMARY:
Our sales organization includes our field reps (who sell our leading brands into retail accounts, bars and restaurants across the country) but that barely scratches the surface. Opportunities include roles in forecasting, trade marketing, business and wholesaler development, pricing and promotion analysis and key account management; it’s the strategic side of how we sell our beer. Sales are the backbone of our company—we work hard to get our product in the hands of our target consumers. Understand the market dynamics and industry-specific trends and landscapes to bring new insights and solutions to grow balanced business results. Build strong business relationships with key wholesalers and retailers and ensure a link between company objectives and customer objectives.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with Sr. Commercial Director, TMM, High End BDR, Beyond Beer BDR, and wholesaler teams on all issues and sales opportunities relevant to their position including merchandising, marketing, sales, forecasting, ride widths and any other relevant plans/actions in the market
Manage the following processes:
Pricing strategy development & price increase sell-in
Marketing investment/CPC plans and spending
Forecasting reviews
Commercial Planning & Performance management (holistic), including the following:
Innovation
Channel
Non-Alc/Wine & Spirits
Identifying current and future market trends and developing solutions/plans to lead future growth
Commercial plan development & Wholesaler JBP oversight
Manage local Venue & Event sponsorships and activations
Participate and be responsible for pilot projects on an ad-hoc basis
Responsible for the sales, share and financial performance of dedicated wholesalers.
Wholesaler Management:
Wholesaler planning & performance routine/meetings
Trimester planning & strategy implementation
AOE & WEA assessments
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum of 3-5 years business experience in sales or marketing, field sales experience preferred
Strong partnership skills and orientation
Excellent verbal and written communications
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, syndicated data and internal system tools
Process oriented, focused, detailed and disciplined approach to tasks
Ability to understand and develop strategic direction and ability to develop plans to get results
Strong leadership skills and the ability to develop and engage people to build a high-performance sales team
Strong influencing and communication skills – both internal and external
Strong Customer Management relationship skills
Knowledge of Commercial and Sales strategy, Distribution and Supply
