Description

  • Lead and supervise a team of up to 6 people.

  • Have a “Safety is #1” mentality in all tasks.

  • Provide clear direction and guidance to picking and loading team on a daily basis.

  • Lead and train employees on all A-B Quality Standards.

  • Utilize forklift trucks to load and unload delivery and over-the-road trucks.

  • Utilize Walkie-Rider to build palletized loads from computer-generated load sheets.

  • Make sure the load product meets Anheuser-Busch standards.

  • Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of the facility

  • Perform minor facilities maintenance (painting, etc.).

  • Communicate nightly performance in Excel, Word & Outlook based software

  • Perform Operational Work Diagnosis (OWD)on a regular basis and provide feedback to employees and supervisor

  • Execute all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) on a daily Basis

  • Collaborate with Supervisor(s) to coach and correct negative behaviors

  • Move and/or Park Delivery trucks if needed.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Valid Driver’s License preferred.

  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

  • Beverage experience preferred.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time.

  • Good oral and written communications skills.

  • Able to lift, load, unload and move product weighing up to 165lbs. as well hang merchandise materials.

  • Be able and willing to work flexible hours, including nights,weekends, and/or holidays.
