Our Supply group is responsible for brewing, packaging and shipping the famous Budweiser beer. Life in the brewery is non-stop action with high-speed lines, tight production schedules and astonishingly high-quality standards. This is a place where we measure efficiency in seconds, not hours, days or weeks. Paramount in all of this is a dedication to safety above all else, and social responsibility. 99.8% of everything that enters our breweries is either completely used in the process or recycled. We also dedicate those big, high-speed lines to help our communities during times of disaster by packaging cans of emergency drinking water. Our customers expect the best and the Supply team provides it.
Seasonals at Anheuser-Busch are a temporary workforce that we train to work alongside our full-time operators during the busiest months of the year. Seasonals must be willing to perform physically demanding work while following all of our policies and procedures, upholding our high expectations for safety, quality and efficiency. Seasonals are given the important responsibility for brewing, packaging and shipping our high quality products to our consumers.
Work Responsibilities include:
Operate filling and packing equipment, drive forklifts, load materials onto machinery and load cases and kegs onto pallets for shipment.
Drive a fork truck and load material and product onto trailers.
Ensure that all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's), safety and sanitation practices are always followed.
Monitor and operate high speed production equipment and/or complex brewing systems with attention to detail, a sense of urgency and a commitment to safety.
Perform industrial cleaning of production lines, production work areas or other parts of facility to maintain strict food plant sanitation standards.
Perform process quality control checks, ensuring accurate time stamping and labeling on all products.
Work on a team with a consistently positive attitude, being reliable, resilient and hard-working.
Shift Schedule: Must be available to work all shifts on any day of the week, including weekends and holidays, for 5-7 days per week. Shifts may be 8 hours, or 12 hours. Shift times are as follows:
Midnights – 11PM to 7AM
Days – 7AM to 3PM (For training only)
Afternoons – 3PM to 11PM
Seasonal employees are limited to working hours during the period of May 1st through September 30th with the exception of training, which may start on April 1st.
Associate’s Degree Preferred
High School Diploma or GED required and you must be at least 18 years of age
Must be willing and able to work as many as 7 days each week, an off-shift (midnights 11-7am or afternoons 3pm – 11pm) for duration of Seasonal period.
Must be willing to work at least 8 hours at a time, but up to 12 hours at a time; at least 5 days per week but up to 7 days per week.
Must be able to work in varying temperatures and climates; likely very hot, humid summer conditions.
Must be able to continuously stand, bend twist and lift items up to 50 pounds.
Production, manufacturing or warehouse experience, including fork-truck certification, preferred.
